A small, hand-crafted SeaTable base used to power offline examples, tests, the column-types vignette and the Shiny demo mode. The shape of the returned object matches what the SeaTable metadata endpoint would yield.

Usage

hb_example_metadata()

Value

A harbour_metadata object describing a tiny base with two tables: Samples and Patients.

Details

The base is defined once, in inst/extdata/example_metadata.json, and parsed on each call. Keeping it in a data file rather than in R source means the demo base is also readable from outside R, and there is only one definition to keep in step with the coercion layer.
