sandtablR: Mass-Casualty Incident Simulation and Machine Learning Workbench
Source:R/sandtablR-package.R
sandtablR-package.RdA generic framework for mass-casualty incident tabletop exercise simulation, decision-path analysis, and machine learning. Provides a discrete-event patient-flow engine, a tidy data model for scenarios, patient cards and decision paths, synthetic cohort generation, supervised triage and therapy-concept classification spanning interpretable and black-box models, sequence analysis of participant decision paths, and a model-agnostic explainability layer. An interactive 'shiny' workbench ties the pieces together for scenario building, simulation, model training, comparison and visualisation.
