Test whether two ROIs intersect
Usage
at_roi_overlaps(roi1, roi2, call = rlang::caller_env(), image = NULL)
Arguments
- roi1, roi2
annot_roi objects.
- call
The calling environment, for error reporting.
- image
Optional annot_image; required for mixed coordinate levels.
Value
A logical scalar: TRUE when the ROIs share any point, including
ROIs that only touch along an edge or at a corner.
