Pairwise ROI overlaps within a layer

Usage

at_rois_overlap(layer, call = rlang::caller_env(), image = NULL)

Arguments

layer

An annot_layer.

call

The calling environment, for error reporting.

image

annot_image defining actual pyramid dimensions; required for any nonzero ROI level because measurements are reported at level 0.

Value

A tibble::tibble with columns id_a, id_b (character), overlap_px (double, level-0 pixels), and jaccard (double). A 0-row tibble with these columns when no ROIs overlap with positive area.
